Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

By visiting, creating an Account, or using Lets Gen, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lets Gen is intended for adults. You must meet the minimum age required where you live and must not use the service if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms. The service is not directed to children.

2. The service

Lets Gen lets visitors discover Official Characters and Published Characters, start Conversations, use text and voice features, create Original Characters, participate in the Community, and use selected AI creative tools. Features may vary by Account, region, device, provider availability, safety review, and Gem Balance.

AI Characters and generated media produce automated output. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable. It is for entertainment and creative use, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on a Conversation or generated output for decisions that require qualified human judgment.

3. Accounts and social sign-in

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your Account, and activity carried out through your Account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe an Account has been accessed without permission.

You may access an Account with email authentication or, where enabled, Google or Discord sign-in. Social sign-in is an authentication option, not a statement that Google, Discord, or their operators endorse or operate Lets Gen. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

4. User content and rights

You retain rights you already have in the Characters, prompts, text, images, video, audio, comments, and other material you submit, subject to the rights of others and these Terms. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform, publish, or share that material.

You grant Lets Gen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, process, display, distribute, moderate, and make available your submitted content solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the features you choose. This license ends for content when it is deleted, except for copies retained for security, legal, billing, moderation, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Safety and acceptable use

You may not use Lets Gen to:

• Break the law, facilitate harm, exploit or sexualize minors, or create or distribute child sexual abuse material.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, impersonate, exploit, or meaningfully invade another person's privacy.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, or upload material you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to bypass safety review, access controls, Gem charges, account restrictions, provider limits, or another person's private data or content.
• Upload malware, abuse the service or its providers, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automated access in a way that harms availability.
• Use a Character, Conversation, generated media, or public creation to present automated output as a professional or official human service when that would mislead people.

6. Review, removal, and availability

We may review, limit, remove, unpublish, or refuse content and Accounts when we reasonably believe they violate these Terms, safety requirements, rights of others, provider rules, or legal obligations. A safety or review decision may be automated, human-assisted, or made by an administrator.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including Characters, providers, voice, creative tools, or Community surfaces. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular model, or a particular output.

7. Gems, purchases, and subscriptions

Gems are the customer-facing product unit used for eligible Conversations and creative features. A Gem Balance is not cash, a bank account, or a transferable asset. Prices, Gem amounts, eligibility, and any subscription benefits are shown in the relevant checkout or product surface.

Payments are processed by the payment provider or mobile storefront shown at checkout. We may receive payment confirmations and entitlement records without receiving full card details. Purchases and subscriptions may also be subject to the provider's terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and applicable consumer rights.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Lets Gen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or close an Account when needed to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address abuse. Provisions about content rights, payments, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related records may continue after access ends.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Lets Gen is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made from AI output, third-party services, user content, or links outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Lets Gen for the affected service during the period allowed by applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. If you continue using Lets Gen after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
